Sculptures

My sculptures are created from a variety of materials, often also found pieces, which in this way once again contribute to a new form. I equip fittings with plaster, clay parts, concrete, acrylic masses and many other materials. Apart from the modelling, I am particularly interested in the surfaces, which can be soft and flowing to fissured and rough and which strongly contribute to or underline the character of the work. Acrylic colours and media are used experimentally, as well as mixtures with sand, lava or stone powder. The results are single figures, or related pair or group works. Selected pieces are cast in bronze.
